BODIcafé Breakfast Smoothie

 

Makes - 1½ glasses

Prep + cooking time - 20min

 

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana

  • 1 apple

  • 3 tbsp BODIcafé Soya Milk

  • 1 tbsp BODIcafé Pure Choice Honey

  • 1 tbsp BODIcafé Nutto’s Peanut Butter

  • 3 tbsp BODIcafé Energy Oats

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 tsp mixed seeds

  • 4 Almonds

 

Method

  1. Toast oats in a dry pan over medium heat for 8 min

  2. Stir often until it smells nutty and turns slightly darker in colour

  3. Allow to cool before adding to smoothie

  4. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy
